Ambulance purchaser's and operating authorities should, at a minimum, provision their
ambulances (for ALS or BLS) with durable equipment and disposable supplies as recommended
by the American college of Emergency Physicians,(ACEP), and the National EMSC Resource
Alliance (see section 2.2 for addresses).
